Course of Study of MPhil in Public Administration

Students receive a well-balanced education, both in theoretical concepts and applied knowledge. The curriculum is flexible enough to address the academic needs of students under various disciplines. The students are required to complete all the following core and compulsory courses and choose one area of specialization course in one-and-a-half year (three semesters) course.

Group B: Human resource management

  • Human Resource Development in Nepal (3 credits)
  • Nepalese Civil Service (3 credits)

Group C: Local governance and NGO management

  • Local self-governance in Nepal (3 credits)
  • NGO Studies in Nepal (3 credits)

Thesis Writing (9 credits)
