Message from Head to BPA Students

Dear Students

I am very much delighted to inform you that Public Administration Campus, Tribhuvan University offers an undergraduate program “Bachelor of Public Administration” (BPA). We visualize this BPA program as the “software of administration” because only human resources can understand the issues and challenges arose due to circumstances and put forward the solution of. We hope that our teaching-learning activities are focused on to develop skills, foster knowledge, protect the public interest and strengthen the organization.

We have prepared the syllabus internationally accepted and synchronized with the syllabus of public, private and the NGOs who offer the jobs to the graduates. BPA Course includes administrative sciences and allied as core area, development management, human resource management and local governance as specialization accompanied with computer application as compulsory.

So far concerned with the teaching pedagogy, our focus would be on theory and its application in the Nepalese context. For making effective creative learning various methods including lectures, workshops, internship along with report writing would be the teaching-learning activities. Thus, we attempt to prepare middle-level professional which require for public, private and community based organization’s administration. We fully believe that the graduates would be absorbed in civil service, public enterprises and NGOs including private organizations.
