Mahendra Morang Adarsha Multiple Campus is one of the largest constituent campuses of Tribhuvan University (TU). It offers both Bachelor and Master level programs in Public Administration. It was established in 2012 B.S. With the name of Morang Intermediate College and it has come a long way since then. In the very first year of its establishment, it was able to make a record of cent percent result in the faculty of humanities. However, it was beginning of it. It has an outstanding history of being ranked as the number one college of Nepal for seven consecutive years in the faculty of management and was able to create a golden history of its own.
It runs Master of Public Administration (MPA) as well as Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) courses in Biratnagar.
