As a founder of Academic Institution (Public Administration Campus, 2033 BS) in Public Administration Education, Nepal, Central Department of Public Administration (2044 BS) proudly seeks to create and share knowledge of social science theories, methods, and phenomena. Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Public Administration is established (2068 BS) to promote ethical, competent and engaged global citizens, able to adapt and lead in a rapidly changing world. The objective of MPhil in public Administration is to produce high-level professional human resources in the field of social science research, teaching, and administration in public and private organization. For this, hybrid pedagogical method has been adopted such as theoretical classes, practical workshops, case studies, seminars, project wok, group discussion and field assignments.
As a coordinator of MPhil program in public administration, I am inspired by my senior professors, colleagues and our MPhil scholars. I am proud of claiming that we as a department work individually and collectively to generate research that matters, and to produce and share knowledge that enables our scholars to effectively engage society as competent and engaged global citizens, as well as successful and fulfilled professionals.
